On the mobile app click "Reset Your Password" on the Log In page and follow prompts to reset password.

For the 2020 season, points earned per each membership season seat are listed below. These are automatically added to your account at the beginning of the season. Dynamo Legend Member- 10,000 points Dynamo Captain Member- 7,500 points Dynamo First Team Member- 5,000 points Dash Member- 2,500 points
Your ticketing account is linked to your Orange Rewards so points are automatically awarded by scanning your ticket into the game. No action is needed on your part! Please allow up to 24 hours for your points to reflected in your account balance.
From the mobile app, click "Activity" to view all points earned and spent. From the desktop site, click "View Latest Activity" from the bottom left hand corner after you log in.
Points can be refunded for any Prize redemptions as long as 24 hour notice is given prior to the game of that redemption. If you request to cancel within 24 hours of the game no points will be refunded.
Yes, any points you may have accumulated so far have rolled over and are available in your account. Points and access to Orange Rewards will terminate at 11:59 pm on the last game in the year of your last active membership.
